SWP十字萬向聯(lian)軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸器使(shi)用的場合相近，主要運用在(zai)重載大(da)型裝備(bei)領域，回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸器采(cai)用整體式叉頭布(bu)局，主要(yao)用于軋鋼機械，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸機械等其他重(zhong)型裝備領(ling)域(yu)，回轉直徑(jing)可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運(yun)用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的(de)機泵(beng)在(zai)安裝過程(cheng)中都(dou)不可避免地要進行同軸度的(de)調整(zheng)，使(shi)對輪既同心(xin)又(you)平行，否則將影響(xiang)機泵(beng)使(shi)用效率或(huo)造成設(she)備(bei)運(yun)行事故。

靠背輪(lun)常(chang)由兩半合(he)成(cheng)，分別用(yong)鍵或(huo)緊(jin)配合(he)等聯接(jie)，緊(jin)固在兩軸端，再通(tong)過某種方式將兩半聯接(jie)起來。
