SWC十字萬向聯軸器采用(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局，主要(yao)用(yong)于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運輸機械(xie)等其他重型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上(shang)，是運用(yong)相當廣(guang)泛的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過程中都不可避免地(di)要進行(xing)同軸度的調(diao)整，使對輪既同心(xin)又平(ping)行(xing)，否則將影響機泵使用效率或造成設備運行(xing)事故(gu)。
