彈性膜片聯軸器在傳遞扭矩的同時通過彈性膜片的的變形來補償軸向和角向的位移，是一種高性能的金屬彈性撓性聯軸器。彈性聯軸器結構緊湊，傳(chuan)遞扭矩大，使用壽命長，免(mian)維護，耐高溫，耐酸堿防腐蝕，適用于高溫高速及有腐蝕工(gong)況環境的(de)軸系(xi)傳(chuan)動。

萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載能力高，傳動效率(lv)優(you)異，在現代(dai)工業(ye)領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器使用(yong)的場合相近，主要(yao)運用(yong)在重(zhong)載大型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)(yong)整體式(shi)叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用(yong)(yong)于軋鋼(gang)機械(xie)，起(qi)重運輸機械(xie)等其(qi)他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運用(yong)(yong)相(xiang)當(dang)廣泛的(de)萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機泵在安裝過程(cheng)中都不可避免地要進行同軸度(du)的調整，使對輪(lun)既同心又(you)平行，否則將影響機泵使用效(xiao)率或造成設備運行事故。
