SWP十(shi)字(zi)萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)剖(pou)分式叉頭布(bu)局，與SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向聯軸(zhou)器使用(yong)的場(chang)合相近(jin)，主要(yao)運用(yong)在重載(zai)大型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)整體式叉頭(tou)布(bu)局(ju)，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運(yun)輸機械(xie)等其他重型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距離可達30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當(dang)廣泛的(de)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵在(zai)安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行(xing)同軸度的(de)調整，使(shi)對輪既同心又平行(xing)，否(fou)則將影響(xiang)機泵使(shi)用效率或造成設備運行(xing)事故(gu)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)(tong)機構中的(de)主(zhu)動軸和(he)從動軸牢固地聯接起來一同(tong)(tong)旋轉，并(bing)傳遞運動和(he)扭矩(ju)的(de)機械部(bu)件。有時也用以聯接軸與(yu)其他零件（如齒輪(lun)(lun)、帶輪(lun)(lun)等）。

靠背(bei)輪常由兩(liang)半合成(cheng)，分別用鍵或緊配合等(deng)聯(lian)接，緊固(gu)在兩(liang)軸端，再通過某(mou)種(zhong)方式將兩(liang)半聯(lian)接起來。
