萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載能力高(gao)，傳動效率優異，在現(xian)代工(gong)業領(ling)域被(bei)廣泛采用。

SWP十字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器采(cai)用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器使用(yong)的場合相近，主要運用(yong)在重(zhong)載大型裝備領域，回(hui)轉(zhuan)直徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采用整體(ti)式(shi)叉頭布局(ju)，主(zhu)要用于(yu)軋鋼機械，起重(zhong)運輸機械等其他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳遞(di)距(ju)離可(ke)達30m以上，是(shi)運用相當廣(guang)泛的萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在(zai)安裝(zhuang)過程(cheng)中(zhong)都不可避免地要進(jin)行(xing)同軸度的調整，使對輪(lun)既(ji)同心(xin)又平(ping)行(xing)，否則將(jiang)影響機泵使用效率或造成(cheng)設備運(yun)行(xing)事故。

風機聯軸器是(shi)電機(ji)與風機(ji)連接的聯軸(zhou)器。它可以將不同機(ji)構中的主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢(lao)牢(lao)地緊密連接在一(yi)起，以此達(da)到一(yi)同旋轉的目的，并傳遞運(yun)動機(ji)械零件，有時也(ye)用以聯接軸(zhou)與其他零件。

風機聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)具有減速、增速、變(bian)向和換向等動作以(yi)及緩和沖擊、吸(xi)振(zhen)的作用(yong)。聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)可分(fen)為剛性聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)和撓性聯(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)兩大類。前者不具有緩沖性和補償(chang)兩軸線相(xiang)對(dui)位移的能力(li)，但結構簡單，制造(zao)成本較(jiao)低，裝拆(chai)、維護方(fang)便。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來(lai)將不(bu)同機構中的(de)主(zhu)動軸(zhou)和(he)從動軸(zhou)牢固地聯接(jie)起來(lai)一同旋轉，并傳遞運動和(he)扭矩的(de)機械部件(jian)。有時也用(yong)以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與其(qi)他零件(jian)（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背(bei)輪常由(you)兩(liang)半(ban)合(he)成，分別用鍵或緊配合(he)等聯接，緊固在兩(liang)軸端，再通(tong)過某(mou)種方式將兩(liang)半(ban)聯接起來(lai)。

靠背輪(lun)聯軸器(qi)可兼(jian)有補償兩軸之間(jian)由于制(zhi)造安裝不精確、工作時(shi)的(de)變形(xing)或熱膨脹等(deng)原因所發(fa)生的(de)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)（包括(kuo)軸向偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)、徑向偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)、角偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)或綜(zong)合偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)(yi)）；以及緩和沖(chong)擊、吸振。
