萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭,可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩,對角向的補償可達25?以上,采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承(cheng)載能力高,傳動效(xiao)率優異,在現代工(gong)業領域被廣(guang)泛采用。



SWP十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采用剖分式(shi)叉頭布局,與SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)使(shi)用的(de)場合相近,主要運用在重載大型裝備領域,回轉直徑(jing)可(ke)達1200mm。
SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整體式叉(cha)頭布局,主要(yao)用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械,起重(zhong)運(yun)輸(shu)機(ji)械等其(qi)他重(zhong)型裝備(bei)領域(yu),回轉直(zhi)徑可(ke)到1600mm,扭矩傳遞(di)距離可(ke)達30m以上(shang),是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣(guang)泛(fan)的萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。
萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移,傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不可避免地(di)要(yao)進(jin)行(xing)同軸度的調整,使(shi)對(dui)輪既同心又(you)平行(xing),否則(ze)將影響(xiang)機泵(beng)使(shi)用效率或造成設備運行(xing)事故(gu)。

梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成,利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接,梅花彈性聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對位移,減振緩沖,結構簡單,無需潤滑(hua)維護方便等特點。



星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件,適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系,星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能,適應場合普遍,傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體由(you)凸形(xing)爪(zhua)塊限(xian)制。
梅花形聯軸器以聚氨脂塑料為彈性元件與二半聯軸器主體緊密組合,主體以進口配方合金鋁為主。梅花型聯軸器中(zhong)間聚氨脂塑(su)(su)料元(yuan)件(jian)以獨有(you)配方配制(zhi),具有(you)耐磨(mo)性高抗溫性好韌性強,與(yu)一(yi)般普通塑(su)(su)膠件(jian)質量穩定(ding)耐用. 梅(mei)花型體有(you)六瓣和八瓣,根據客戶要(yao)求(qiu)定(ding)制(zhi). 固定(ding)方式有(you)鍵(jian)槽.

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.


靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不(bu)同(tong)機(ji)構中的主(zhu)動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)牢(lao)固(gu)地(di)聯接起(qi)來(lai)一同(tong)旋轉,并傳遞(di)運動(dong)和扭矩的機(ji)械部件(jian)。有時也用以聯接軸(zhou)(zhou)與其(qi)他零件(jian)(如齒輪(lun)(lun)、帶輪(lun)(lun)等)。
靠背(bei)輪(lun)常由兩(liang)半(ban)合成,分別用鍵或緊配(pei)合等聯接(jie),緊固(gu)在兩(liang)軸(zhou)端,再(zai)通(tong)過某種方式(shi)將兩(liang)半(ban)聯接(jie)起來。
靠背輪聯軸(zhou)器可兼(jian)有補(bu)償兩軸(zhou)之間由(you)于制造安裝(zhuang)不精(jing)確、工作時的變形或熱膨脹等原因所發(fa)生的偏移(yi)(包括軸(zhou)向偏移(yi)、徑向偏移(yi)、角偏移(yi)或綜(zong)合偏移(yi));以(yi)及緩和沖擊、吸振。
