SWP十字(zi)萬向聯軸器采用剖(pou)分式叉頭布局，與(yu)SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸器使用的場合相近(jin)，主要運(yun)用在(zai)重(zhong)載大(da)型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用整體式叉頭(tou)布局，主要用于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運(yun)(yun)輸機械(xie)等(deng)其他(ta)重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以(yi)上，是運(yun)(yun)用相(xiang)當廣泛(fan)的萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機(ji)泵(beng)在安裝過程中都(dou)不可避免地要進行(xing)同軸度的調整，使(shi)對(dui)輪既同心(xin)又(you)平行(xing)，否(fou)則將影響機(ji)泵(beng)使(shi)用(yong)效率或造(zao)成設備運行(xing)事(shi)故。

風機聯軸器是(shi)電機(ji)與風機(ji)連接(jie)的(de)聯軸(zhou)器。它可以將不同機(ji)構中(zhong)的(de)主(zhu)動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢牢地緊密(mi)連接(jie)在一(yi)起，以此達(da)到一(yi)同旋轉(zhuan)的(de)目(mu)的(de)，并傳遞運(yun)動機(ji)械零件(jian)，有時也用以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零件(jian)。

風機聯軸(zhou)器具(ju)有減速、增速、變(bian)向(xiang)和(he)換向(xiang)等動作以及緩和(he)沖擊、吸振的作用。聯軸(zhou)器可(ke)分為剛性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器和(he)撓性(xing)聯軸(zhou)器兩(liang)大類。前(qian)者(zhe)不(bu)具(ju)有緩沖性(xing)和(he)補償(chang)兩(liang)軸(zhou)線相對(dui)位移的能(neng)力，但結構簡單(dan)，制(zhi)造成本(ben)較低(di)，裝拆、維(wei)護方(fang)便。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來(lai)將不同機(ji)構中的主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢固地聯接起(qi)來(lai)一(yi)同旋(xuan)轉，并傳遞運動(dong)和扭矩的機(ji)械部件(jian)。有時也用(yong)以聯接軸與其他零件(jian)（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半合(he)成，分別用鍵或緊配合(he)等聯(lian)接，緊固在兩(liang)軸端(duan)，再通過某種方式將兩(liang)半聯(lian)接起(qi)來。

靠背(bei)輪聯軸器可兼有補償(chang)兩軸之(zhi)間(jian)由(you)于制造安裝不(bu)精確(que)、工作時的變形或熱膨脹等原因所(suo)發(fa)生(sheng)的偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)（包括軸向偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)、徑向偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)或綜合偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)）；以及(ji)緩(huan)和(he)沖擊、吸振。
