SWP十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采(cai)用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)使用(yong)的場合(he)相近(jin)，主(zhu)要(yao)運用(yong)在(zai)重載大型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器采(cai)用整體式叉頭布局，主要(yao)用于軋(ya)鋼機械，起(qi)重運輸機械等其他重型裝備領域(yu)，回(hui)轉直徑可(ke)到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運用相當(dang)廣泛(fan)的萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的(de)機泵(beng)在安裝過程(cheng)中都不可避免地要進行同(tong)軸度的(de)調整，使對輪既同(tong)心(xin)又平行，否則將影(ying)響機泵(beng)使用效率(lv)或造成設(she)備(bei)運(yun)行事故。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)與(yu)風機(ji)連接(jie)的(de)聯軸(zhou)器。它(ta)可以將不同機(ji)構中的(de)主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢牢地(di)緊密(mi)連接(jie)在一(yi)起，以此達到(dao)一(yi)同旋轉(zhuan)的(de)目的(de)，并傳遞(di)運動機(ji)械零(ling)(ling)件(jian)，有(you)時也用以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與(yu)其他零(ling)(ling)件(jian)。

風機聯軸(zhou)器具(ju)有減速、增速、變向(xiang)和換(huan)向(xiang)等動(dong)作(zuo)以及緩和沖(chong)擊、吸振的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)。聯軸(zhou)器可分為剛性(xing)(xing)聯軸(zhou)器和撓性(xing)(xing)聯軸(zhou)器兩大類。前者(zhe)不具(ju)有緩沖(chong)性(xing)(xing)和補償兩軸(zhou)線相對位移的(de)能力，但(dan)結構簡單，制造(zao)成(cheng)本較低，裝(zhuang)拆(chai)、維護方便(bian)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)(tong)機構中(zhong)的主動(dong)軸(zhou)和(he)從(cong)動(dong)軸(zhou)牢(lao)固地聯(lian)接起(qi)來一同(tong)(tong)旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)，并傳遞(di)運動(dong)和(he)扭矩的機械部(bu)件。有時也用以聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與其他零(ling)件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等(deng)）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半(ban)合(he)成，分別用鍵或緊配合(he)等聯(lian)接(jie)，緊固在兩(liang)軸端，再通(tong)過某種(zhong)方式將兩(liang)半(ban)聯(lian)接(jie)起來。
