靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將(jiang)不同(tong)機構(gou)中(zhong)的主動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)和從動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)牢(lao)固地聯接(jie)起(qi)來(lai)一同(tong)旋轉,并(bing)傳(chuan)遞(di)運動(dong)(dong)和扭矩的機械(xie)部(bu)件(jian)。有時也用以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)(zhou)與其他零(ling)件(jian)(如齒輪、帶輪等(deng))。
靠背輪常由兩半合(he)成,分別用鍵或緊配合(he)等聯接,緊固在兩軸端,再通過某種方式將兩半聯接起來。
