SWP十字(zi)萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器采用剖(pou)分式叉(cha)頭布局，與(yu)SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸器使用的場合相近，主要運用在重載(zai)大型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用整體式叉(cha)頭布局，主要(yao)用于軋(ya)鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可達30m以上(shang)，是(shi)運用相(xiang)當廣泛的萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過程中都不可避(bi)免地要進行同(tong)軸度的調(diao)整，使(shi)對輪既同(tong)心又(you)平(ping)行，否則將(jiang)影(ying)響(xiang)機泵使(shi)用效率或造成設備運(yun)行事(shi)故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將(jiang)不同(tong)機構(gou)中的(de)主動軸和從動軸牢固地聯(lian)接起來一同(tong)旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運動和扭矩的(de)機械部件。有時(shi)也(ye)用(yong)以聯(lian)接軸與(yu)其他零件（如齒輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩半合(he)成，分別(bie)用(yong)鍵或緊配合(he)等聯接，緊固在兩軸端，再通過某種方式將兩半聯接起來。
