SWP十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)(lian)軸器采用剖分式(shi)叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)(lian)軸器使用的場合相近，主要運用在重(zhong)載大型裝備(bei)領(ling)域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采(cai)用(yong)整體(ti)式叉頭(tou)布局，主(zhu)要用(yong)于軋鋼機械，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸機械等其他重(zhong)型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距(ju)離(li)可達30m以(yi)上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵(beng)在安(an)裝過程(cheng)中都不可避免(mian)地(di)要進行(xing)同(tong)軸度的調整，使(shi)對輪(lun)既同(tong)心又平(ping)行(xing)，否則將影響機泵(beng)使(shi)用效率(lv)或造成設備運行(xing)事故。
