萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機泵在安裝過(guo)程中都不可避免地(di)要進行(xing)(xing)同軸度的調整，使對輪既(ji)同心又平行(xing)(xing)，否則將影響機泵使用效率或造成設備(bei)運行(xing)(xing)事故。
