SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸器采用整(zheng)體式叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機(ji)械(xie)，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸機(ji)械(xie)等其他重(zhong)型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳(chuan)遞距(ju)離可達30m以上(shang)，是運(yun)用相當廣泛(fan)的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵在安裝過程中都不可避(bi)免地(di)要進(jin)行同軸度的調(diao)整(zheng)，使對輪既同心又平行，否(fou)則將(jiang)影響機(ji)泵使用效率(lv)或造成設備運行事故。
