萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動(dong)效率(lv)優異，在現代工業領域(yu)被廣泛采用(yong)。

SWP十(shi)(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)剖(pou)分式叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)使用(yong)的場合相近，主要(yao)運用(yong)在重載大(da)型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整體式叉(cha)頭布局，主要(yao)用(yong)于軋鋼(gang)機(ji)械(xie)(xie)，起重運(yun)輸機(ji)械(xie)(xie)等(deng)其他重型(xing)裝備(bei)領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離(li)可達(da)30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)相(xiang)當廣泛(fan)的(de)萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機(ji)泵在安裝過程中都不(bu)可避免地要進行同軸度的調(diao)整，使對輪既同心(xin)又平行，否則將(jiang)影響機(ji)泵使用效率或造(zao)成設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將(jiang)不同(tong)機構中的主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢固地聯(lian)接起來一同(tong)旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)和扭矩的機械部件(jian)。有時也用以聯(lian)接軸與其他零件(jian)（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠(kao)背輪常(chang)由兩(liang)半(ban)合成(cheng)，分別用鍵或緊配合等聯接(jie)，緊固在兩(liang)軸端，再(zai)通過某種方式(shi)將兩(liang)半(ban)聯接(jie)起來。
