SWP十字(zi)萬向聯軸器(qi)采用剖分(fen)式叉頭布(bu)局，與(yu)SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸器(qi)使用的(de)場(chang)合相近，主要運用在重載大(da)型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用整體(ti)式叉頭布局，主要用于軋(ya)鋼機械，起重運輸機械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離(li)可達30m以上，是運用相當廣(guang)泛的萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵(beng)(beng)在(zai)安裝過程中(zhong)都不可(ke)避(bi)免地要進(jin)行(xing)(xing)同(tong)軸度的調整，使(shi)對輪既同(tong)心又平行(xing)(xing)，否則將影響機泵(beng)(beng)使(shi)用效率或造(zao)成設備運行(xing)(xing)事故。

風機聯軸(zhou)器(qi)具(ju)有減速、增速、變向(xiang)和(he)換向(xiang)等動作(zuo)以及緩和(he)沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)、吸振(zhen)的作(zuo)用。聯軸(zhou)器(qi)可(ke)分為剛性聯軸(zhou)器(qi)和(he)撓(nao)性聯軸(zhou)器(qi)兩大類。前者不(bu)具(ju)有緩沖(chong)(chong)性和(he)補償兩軸(zhou)線相對位移的能(neng)力，但結構簡單，制造(zao)成本較低，裝拆、維(wei)護方便。
