SWP十字(zi)(zi)萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器采用剖(pou)分式叉頭布(bu)局，與SWC十字(zi)(zi)萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器使(shi)用的場合相近(jin)，主要(yao)運用在重載大型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸器采(cai)用(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械，起重運輸(shu)機(ji)械等其他(ta)重型裝備(bei)領域，回轉直徑(jing)可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以(yi)上，是運用(yong)相當廣(guang)泛的(de)萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵在安裝過程(cheng)中都(dou)不可(ke)避免地(di)要進行(xing)同(tong)軸度的調整，使對(dui)輪既同(tong)心又平行(xing)，否則將影響機(ji)泵使用效率或造(zao)成設備運行(xing)事故。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)(ji)與(yu)風機(ji)(ji)連(lian)(lian)接的(de)聯軸(zhou)器。它(ta)可(ke)以將不同機(ji)(ji)構(gou)中(zhong)的(de)主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢牢地緊密(mi)連(lian)(lian)接在一起，以此達到一同旋轉(zhuan)的(de)目(mu)的(de)，并傳(chuan)遞運動機(ji)(ji)械零件，有(you)時(shi)也用以聯接軸(zhou)與(yu)其他零件。
