SWP十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與(yu)SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器使用的(de)場合相近，主要運用在重載大(da)型裝備(bei)領(ling)域，回轉(zhuan)直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)整體式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋(ya)鋼機(ji)械(xie)，起重(zhong)運輸機(ji)械(xie)等(deng)其他重(zhong)型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳(chuan)遞距(ju)離(li)可(ke)達30m以上，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過程中都不(bu)可避免地要(yao)進行(xing)同(tong)軸度的調整，使對輪既同(tong)心又(you)平(ping)行(xing)，否則將影響機泵使用效率或造(zao)成設(she)備運行(xing)事故(gu)。

風機聯軸器是電(dian)機(ji)(ji)與風機(ji)(ji)連(lian)接(jie)的聯軸(zhou)器。它可以將不同機(ji)(ji)構中的主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢(lao)牢(lao)地緊密連(lian)接(jie)在一起，以此達(da)到一同旋轉的目的，并傳(chuan)遞運(yun)動機(ji)(ji)械零(ling)件(jian)，有時也用以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零(ling)件(jian)。

風機聯(lian)軸器(qi)具有減速、增速、變(bian)向和換向等動作以及緩和沖擊、吸振的作用(yong)。聯(lian)軸器(qi)可分(fen)為剛性(xing)(xing)聯(lian)軸器(qi)和撓(nao)性(xing)(xing)聯(lian)軸器(qi)兩大類。前者不具有緩沖性(xing)(xing)和補(bu)償(chang)兩軸線(xian)相對位移的能力，但(dan)結構簡單，制(zhi)造成本較低，裝拆、維護方(fang)便。
