SWP十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采(cai)用(yong)剖分式叉(cha)頭布局，與(yu)SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)使用(yong)的場合相近，主要運(yun)用(yong)在重載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用(yong)整體式叉(cha)頭布局，主要(yao)用(yong)于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運(yun)輸機械(xie)等其(qi)他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可達(da)30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當(dang)廣泛的(de)萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過程中都不(bu)可避免地要進(jin)行(xing)(xing)同(tong)軸度的調整，使對輪既(ji)同(tong)心又平行(xing)(xing)，否則(ze)將(jiang)影(ying)響機泵使用(yong)效率或造(zao)成設備運(yun)行(xing)(xing)事故。
