SWP十字萬向聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器采用(yong)剖分式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器使用(yong)的場合相近，主(zhu)要運用(yong)在重載大型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采(cai)用(yong)(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局(ju)，主要用(yong)(yong)于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運輸(shu)機械(xie)等其他(ta)重型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞距離可達30m以(yi)上，是運用(yong)(yong)相(xiang)當(dang)廣(guang)泛的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機泵在(zai)安裝過程中都不(bu)可避免地要進行(xing)(xing)同軸度(du)的調整，使對輪既(ji)同心又平行(xing)(xing)，否則將影響機泵使用效率或造成設備運(yun)行(xing)(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)機(ji)(ji)構中的主動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)牢(lao)固地聯接(jie)起來一同(tong)旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運動(dong)(dong)和扭矩(ju)的機(ji)(ji)械部件。有時也用以(yi)聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背(bei)輪常由兩半(ban)(ban)合成，分別用(yong)鍵或緊配合等聯接，緊固在兩軸端，再通過某種方式將兩半(ban)(ban)聯接起來。
