SWP十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用(yong)剖(pou)分式叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸器(qi)使用(yong)的場(chang)合相近，主要運(yun)用(yong)在重(zhong)載大(da)型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整體式叉(cha)頭(tou)布局，主要用(yong)于軋(ya)鋼機械，起重運輸(shu)機械等其(qi)他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以(yi)上，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在(zai)安裝過程中都不可避免地(di)要進行同(tong)軸(zhou)度的調整，使對輪(lun)既同(tong)心(xin)又平行，否則將影響機泵使用(yong)效率或造成設備運(yun)行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同機構中的(de)(de)主動(dong)軸(zhou)和(he)從(cong)動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固地聯接(jie)起(qi)來一(yi)同旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)和(he)扭矩的(de)(de)機械(xie)部件。有時也用(yong)以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠背輪(lun)常由兩(liang)(liang)半合(he)成，分別用鍵(jian)或緊配合(he)等(deng)聯接，緊固在兩(liang)(liang)軸端(duan)，再通過某種方(fang)式(shi)將兩(liang)(liang)半聯接起來。

靠背輪聯軸器可兼有(you)補償(chang)兩軸之間(jian)由(you)于制造安裝不(bu)精確、工(gong)作時的變形或(huo)熱膨脹(zhang)等原因所發生的偏(pian)移（包(bao)括軸向偏(pian)移、徑向偏(pian)移、角偏(pian)移或(huo)綜(zong)合偏(pian)移）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振。
