SWP十字萬向聯軸器采(cai)用剖分式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸器使用的場(chang)合相近，主要運用在(zai)重載大型裝備(bei)領域(yu)，回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器采用整體式叉頭(tou)布局(ju)，主(zhu)要用于軋鋼(gang)機械，起重運輸機械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距(ju)離可達(da)30m以上，是運用相當廣泛(fan)的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機泵在(zai)安裝過程中(zhong)都不可避免地要進行(xing)同(tong)軸(zhou)度的調整(zheng)，使對輪既同(tong)心又平行(xing)，否則將影響機泵使用效率(lv)或造成設備運(yun)行(xing)事故。
