SWP十(shi)字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉(cha)頭(tou)布局(ju)，與(yu)SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器使用(yong)的場(chang)合相近，主(zhu)要運用(yong)在重(zhong)載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)整體式叉(cha)頭(tou)布局，主要用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機(ji)械，起重運(yun)輸機(ji)械等(deng)其他(ta)重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的(de)機(ji)泵在安裝(zhuang)過(guo)程中都不可避免(mian)地要進(jin)行(xing)同軸度的(de)調整(zheng)，使(shi)對輪(lun)既(ji)同心(xin)又平行(xing)，否則將影響機(ji)泵使(shi)用效率或造成設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構中的(de)主(zhu)動軸和從動軸牢(lao)固(gu)地聯接(jie)(jie)起來一同旋轉，并傳遞運(yun)動和扭矩(ju)的(de)機械部件。有時(shi)也用以聯接(jie)(jie)軸與其他(ta)零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常(chang)由(you)兩(liang)半合(he)成，分別用鍵或緊配合(he)等(deng)聯接，緊固在兩(liang)軸端，再通(tong)過某種(zhong)方式將兩(liang)半聯接起來。

靠背(bei)輪聯軸(zhou)器可兼有補償兩軸(zhou)之間由于(yu)制造安裝不精確、工作時的變形或熱(re)膨脹等原因所發生的偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)（包括軸(zhou)向(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)、徑向(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)、角(jiao)偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)或綜合偏(pian)(pian)移(yi)）；以及(ji)緩和沖(chong)擊、吸振。
