彈性膜片聯軸器在傳遞扭矩的同時通過彈性膜片的的變形來補償軸向和角向的位移，是一種高性能的金屬彈性撓性聯軸器。彈性聯軸器結(jie)構緊湊(cou)，傳(chuan)遞(di)扭矩(ju)大(da)，使用壽命長，免維護(hu)，耐(nai)高(gao)溫，耐(nai)酸堿防腐蝕(shi)，適用于高(gao)溫高(gao)速及有腐蝕(shi)工況環(huan)境(jing)的軸系傳(chuan)動。

萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能(neng)力高，傳動(dong)效率優(you)異(yi)，在現代(dai)工業領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)剖(pou)分式叉頭(tou)布局，與(yu)SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)使用(yong)的場合相近，主要運用(yong)在重載(zai)大型裝(zhuang)備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可(ke)達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用整體式叉頭布(bu)局(ju)，主要用于軋鋼(gang)機械，起重運(yun)輸機械等其他重型(xing)裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運(yun)用相(xiang)當廣泛(fan)的(de)萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安(an)裝(zhuang)過程中都不可避免地要進行(xing)(xing)同(tong)軸度的調整，使對輪既(ji)同(tong)心(xin)又平行(xing)(xing)，否(fou)則將影響(xiang)機泵使用效率(lv)或造成(cheng)設(she)備運行(xing)(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同(tong)機構中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固地聯(lian)接(jie)起來一同(tong)旋轉，并傳(chuan)遞運動(dong)和扭矩(ju)的機械部件。有(you)時也用以(yi)聯(lian)接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零件（如(ru)齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由(you)兩半合成，分別(bie)用鍵或(huo)緊(jin)配合等(deng)聯接，緊(jin)固在兩軸端，再(zai)通過某種(zhong)方式將(jiang)兩半聯接起來(lai)。

靠背輪聯(lian)軸器可(ke)兼有(you)補償兩軸之間由于制造(zao)安裝不(bu)精確、工作時(shi)的變形或熱膨脹等原因所發生的偏移(yi)（包括軸向偏移(yi)、徑向偏移(yi)、角偏移(yi)或綜合偏移(yi)）；以及(ji)緩和沖擊、吸振。
