SWC十字萬向聯軸器采(cai)用整體式(shi)叉頭布局，主要用于軋鋼機(ji)械，起(qi)重運輸機(ji)械等(deng)其他(ta)重型(xing)裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭(niu)矩(ju)傳遞距離可達30m以(yi)上，是運用相當廣泛的萬向聯軸器。

對輪聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)在工(gong)(gong)作過程(cheng)中(zhong)，并(bing)且(qie)會帶來燃油消耗空氣污染等后(hou)果，由于承受(shou)咬入(ru)沖擊動載荷，使(shi)得(de)聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)受(shou)到峰值轉矩，聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)承載能力下降(jiang)，并(bing)在短時間內失效，從而直接影響其正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)(gong)作，其中(zhong)的較(jiao)薄弱環(huan)節進行替換或維(wei)修是(shi)重要(yao)和實用的。聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)兩軸(zhou)相(xiang)對半(ban)徑變位要(yao)求較(jiao)好，找(zhao)耦合同(tong)心(xin)度為0.2~0.6mm，存在很(hen)大困(kun)難。如果在駕駛過程(cheng)中(zhong)螺栓松動，泵裝置(zhi)的振(zhen)動和噪音可能會變大。
