梅花聯軸器由兩個帶凸爪形裝的半聯和一個硬度可以調整的梅花形彈性非金屬元件組成，利用梅花形彈性元件嵌入兩個半聯之間實現聯接，梅花彈性聯軸器具有補償兩軸相(xiang)對位移，減振(zhen)緩(huan)沖，結構簡單，無需(xu)潤滑維護(hu)方(fang)便等特(te)點(dian)。

星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件，適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系，星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能，適應場合普遍，傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體(ti)由(you)凸(tu)形爪(zhua)塊限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

對輪聯軸器慣(guan)性主(zhu)(zhu)軸線(xian)與旋轉軸線(xian)之間重心位置偏心量(liang)的可能值(zhi)是平方和(he)(he)方根值(zhi)而決定的，主(zhu)(zhu)要由兩半(ban)聯軸器和(he)(he)聯接螺栓(shuan)組成，對輪聯軸器軸套(tao)孔裝配前，鏜削(xue)切(qie)割和(he)(he)鍵槽的修整聯軸器端面(mian)和(he)(he)其它表面(mian)的加工等(deng)。半(ban)聯軸器的軸套(tao)孔有(you)(you)圓錐(zhui)孔和(he)(he)圓柱孔兩種形(xing)式(shi)，圓錐(zhui)孔比圓柱孔在工藝特性上有(you)(you)較多的特點，圓錐(zhui)形(xing)軸套(tao)孔容易獲(huo)得(de)相配合部件(jian)之間的同心。

對(dui)輪(lun)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)在(zai)工作過程中，并(bing)且會(hui)帶來燃油消(xiao)耗(hao)空(kong)氣污染等后果，由(you)于承受(shou)咬(yao)入沖擊動(dong)載荷，使得聯軸(zhou)器(qi)受(shou)到(dao)峰值轉矩，聯軸(zhou)器(qi)承載能力(li)下降，并(bing)在(zai)短時間(jian)內(nei)失效，從而直接影響其(qi)正常工作，其(qi)中的(de)較薄弱環節(jie)進(jin)行替換(huan)或維修是重要和(he)實用(yong)的(de)。聯軸(zhou)器(qi)兩軸(zhou)相對(dui)半(ban)徑變(bian)位要求較好(hao)，找(zhao)耦(ou)合同心(xin)度為(wei)0.2~0.6mm，存在(zai)很大(da)困難。如果在(zai)駕駛過程中螺(luo)栓松動(dong)，泵裝(zhuang)置的(de)振動(dong)和(he)噪音可能會(hui)變(bian)大(da)。
