
輪胎聯軸器采用輪胎體狀橡膠元件,與兩個(ge)半聯(lian)經(jing)過螺栓聯(lian)接,實(shi)現扭矩傳遞(di)和位移補償(chang)。橡膠輪胎聯(lian)軸(zhou)器具(ju)有(you)較高的彈性(xing)性(xing)能,扭轉(zhuan)剛度小,減震能力(li)強,軸(zhou)向補償(chang)能力(li)較大,有(you)良好的阻尼性(xing)能。
彈(dan)性輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)體是(shi)輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)必要的備(bei)件之(zhi)一,相應的分為UL、LA、LB輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)體。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)式聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)分為凸型(xing)和(he)凹(ao)型(xing)兩(liang)大類(lei),凸型(xing)又分為帶(dai)骨架(jia)整體式、無骨整體式和(he)徑向切口式三種。輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)環內側(ce)用硫化(hua)方(fang)法與(yu)鋼質骨架(jia)粘接成一體,骨架(jia)上的螺栓(shuan)孔處焊有(you)螺母。裝配時用螺栓(shuan)與(yu)兩(liang)半聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)的凸緣(yuan)連接,依靠擰(ning)緊螺栓(shuan)使(shi)輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)與(yu)凸緣(yuan)端面(mian)之(zhi)間產生(sheng)的摩(mo)擦力(li)來傳遞轉矩,輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)環工(gong)作(zuo)時發生(sheng)扭轉剪(jian)切變(bian)形,故(gu)輪(lun)(lun)胎(tai)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)(qi)具有(you)很高(gao)的彈(dan)性,補(bu)償兩(liang)軸相對(dui)位移的能力(li)較大,并(bing)有(you)良好的阻尼,而且結構簡單、不需潤滑、裝拆和(he)維護都比較方(fang)便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點是(shi)承載能(neng)力(li)不高(gao)、外(wai)形尺寸較大(da)(da),隨著兩軸(zhou)相對扭(niu)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)角(jiao)的(de)增加使(shi)輪胎外(wai)形扭(niu)歪,軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)尺寸略有(you)減小,將(jiang)(jiang)在(zai)兩軸(zhou)上產(chan)生(sheng)較大(da)(da)的(de)附(fu)加軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li),使(shi)軸(zhou)承負載加大(da)(da)而降低壽(shou)命。輪胎聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)高(gao)速(su)運轉(zhuan)(zhuan)時(shi),輪胎外(wai)緣由于離心力(li)的(de)作(zuo)用(yong)而向(xiang)(xiang)外(wai)擴(kuo)張(zhang),將(jiang)(jiang)進(jin)一步增大(da)(da)附(fu)加軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)。為(wei)此,在(zai)安裝聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)時(shi)應采取措(cuo)施(shi),使(shi)輪胎中的(de)應力(li)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)與(yu)工作(zuo)時(shi)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)應力(li)方(fang)向(xiang)(xiang)相反,以抵消部(bu)分附(fu)加軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li),達到改善聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)和兩軸(zhou)承的(de)工和條件。
輪胎式聯軸(zhou)器由于種(zhong)種(zhong)原因使(shi)其(qi)質心或慣性(xing)(xing)主(zhu)軸(zhou)與(yu)其(qi)加轉軸(zhou)線不(bu)重合,在運轉時將產生不(bu)平衡離心慣性(xing)(xing)力、離心慣性(xing)(xing)力偶和動(dong)撓度(du)(振型)的現象,稱為轉子的不(bu)平衡現象,這種(zhong)不(bu)平衡現象必然引起軸(zhou)系的振動(dong),從而(er)影(ying)響機器的正常工作和使(shi)用壽(shou)命,因而(er)對其(qi)必須(xu)加以重視。
