星形彈性聯軸器是以工程塑料作彈性元件,適用于聯接兩同軸線的傳動軸系,星形聯軸器具有補償兩軸相對偏移、緩沖、減震、耐磨性能,適應場合普遍,傳遞轉矩20-35000.N.M,工作溫度-35-+80攝氏度。星型聯軸器聚氨脂彈性體由凸形爪塊限制。

The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

彈性輪(lun)(lun)胎聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)輪(lun)(lun)胎體(ti)是輪(lun)(lun)胎聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)必要的(de)備件之一(yi),相應的(de)分(fen)為(wei)UL、LA、LB輪(lun)(lun)胎體(ti)。輪(lun)(lun)胎式聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)分(fen)為(wei)凸(tu)型和(he)(he)凹(ao)型兩(liang)大類,凸(tu)型又分(fen)為(wei)帶骨架(jia)整(zheng)體(ti)式、無骨整(zheng)體(ti)式和(he)(he)徑向切(qie)(qie)口式三種。輪(lun)(lun)胎環內側用硫(liu)化(hua)方法(fa)與鋼質骨架(jia)粘接成一(yi)體(ti),骨架(jia)上的(de)螺(luo)(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)孔處焊有螺(luo)(luo)(luo)母(mu)。裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配時(shi)用螺(luo)(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)與兩(liang)半聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)的(de)凸(tu)緣連(lian)接,依靠擰緊螺(luo)(luo)(luo)栓(shuan)使輪(lun)(lun)胎與凸(tu)緣端面之間產生的(de)摩(mo)擦力來傳(chuan)遞(di)轉矩,輪(lun)(lun)胎環工(gong)作時(shi)發(fa)生扭轉剪切(qie)(qie)變形,故輪(lun)(lun)胎聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)具有很(hen)高的(de)彈性,補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)相對位移的(de)能(neng)力較大,并(bing)有良好的(de)阻(zu)尼,而且結構簡單、不需潤滑、裝(zhuang)(zhuang)拆和(he)(he)維護都(dou)比較方便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺(que)點是承(cheng)載(zai)能力(li)不高(gao)、外形尺(chi)寸較大,隨著兩軸(zhou)(zhou)相對扭轉角(jiao)的(de)(de)(de)增(zeng)加(jia)使(shi)輪(lun)(lun)胎外形扭歪,軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)尺(chi)寸略有(you)減小,將(jiang)在(zai)(zai)兩軸(zhou)(zhou)上產生較大的(de)(de)(de)附(fu)加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li),使(shi)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)負載(zai)加(jia)大而(er)降(jiang)低壽命。輪(lun)(lun)胎聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器高(gao)速運轉時(shi),輪(lun)(lun)胎外緣由于離心力(li)的(de)(de)(de)作用而(er)向(xiang)(xiang)外擴張,將(jiang)進一步增(zeng)大附(fu)加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)。為此,在(zai)(zai)安(an)裝(zhuang)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器時(shi)應(ying)采取措施,使(shi)輪(lun)(lun)胎中的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)力(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)與(yu)工(gong)(gong)作時(shi)產生的(de)(de)(de)應(ying)力(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)相反,以(yi)抵消部分附(fu)加(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li),達到改(gai)善(shan)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器和兩軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)和條件(jian)。
輪(lun)胎式聯軸(zhou)器(qi)由于(yu)種(zhong)(zhong)種(zhong)(zhong)原因(yin)使其(qi)質心(xin)(xin)或(huo)慣(guan)性(xing)主軸(zhou)與其(qi)加轉軸(zhou)線不(bu)重(zhong)合(he),在運轉時將產生(sheng)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)離(li)心(xin)(xin)慣(guan)性(xing)力、離(li)心(xin)(xin)慣(guan)性(xing)力偶和(he)動撓(nao)度(振型)的(de)(de)現象(xiang),稱為(wei)轉子(zi)的(de)(de)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)現象(xiang),這(zhe)種(zhong)(zhong)不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)現象(xiang)必(bi)然引(yin)起(qi)軸(zhou)系的(de)(de)振動,從而(er)影(ying)響機器(qi)的(de)(de)正常工作和(he)使用壽命,因(yin)而(er)對其(qi)必(bi)須(xu)加以(yi)重(zhong)視。
