萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率優異，在(zai)現代工業領域被廣泛采用。

SWP十(shi)字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用剖(pou)分(fen)式叉頭(tou)布局(ju)，與SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸器使用的場合相近(jin)，主要運用在重載(zai)大型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)采用整體(ti)式叉頭布(bu)局，主(zhu)要(yao)用于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運(yun)輸機械(xie)等其他重型(xing)裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可達30m以上，是運(yun)用相當廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機(ji)泵在(zai)安裝過程(cheng)中都不可避免地要進行同軸度(du)的調整，使對輪既同心(xin)又平(ping)行，否則將(jiang)影響機(ji)泵使用效率或造成設(she)備運(yun)行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同機構中的主(zhu)動(dong)軸和(he)從動(dong)軸牢固地聯接起(qi)來一同旋轉，并傳遞運動(dong)和(he)扭(niu)矩的機械部件。有時也用(yong)以聯接軸與其他(ta)零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪(lun)常由(you)兩半合成，分別用鍵或緊配(pei)合等聯(lian)(lian)接，緊固在兩軸端，再(zai)通過(guo)某(mou)種方式將兩半聯(lian)(lian)接起(qi)來。

靠背(bei)輪聯軸器可兼有補償兩(liang)軸之間(jian)由于制造安裝(zhuang)不精確、工(gong)作時的(de)變(bian)形(xing)或(huo)熱膨脹等原因所(suo)發(fa)生的(de)偏(pian)移(yi)（包括軸向偏(pian)移(yi)、徑向偏(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)移(yi)或(huo)綜(zong)合偏(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振。
