SWP十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器采用剖分式(shi)叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器使用的(de)場合相近(jin)，主(zhu)要運(yun)用在重載(zai)大(da)型裝備(bei)領域，回(hui)轉(zhuan)直徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器采用(yong)整(zheng)體式叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械(xie)(xie)，起重運輸機(ji)械(xie)(xie)等其(qi)他重型裝備領(ling)域(yu)，回轉(zhuan)直徑可(ke)(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可(ke)(ke)達30m以上，是運用(yong)相當(dang)廣泛(fan)的(de)萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器。

風機聯軸器是電機(ji)與風機(ji)連接的(de)聯軸器。它可以(yi)將不同機(ji)構(gou)中的(de)主動(dong)軸和從動(dong)軸牢(lao)牢(lao)地緊密(mi)連接在一起，以(yi)此達到一同旋轉的(de)目的(de)，并傳遞運動(dong)機(ji)械(xie)零件(jian)，有時也用以(yi)聯接軸與其他零件(jian)。

風機聯(lian)(lian)軸器具有(you)減速(su)、增速(su)、變(bian)向和換向等動(dong)作(zuo)以(yi)及緩(huan)和沖(chong)擊、吸振的作(zuo)用。聯(lian)(lian)軸器可分為剛(gang)性聯(lian)(lian)軸器和撓性聯(lian)(lian)軸器兩(liang)大類。前者不具有(you)緩(huan)沖(chong)性和補(bu)償兩(liang)軸線相對(dui)位移的能力，但結構簡單，制造成本較低，裝拆(chai)、維護方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不同機(ji)構(gou)中的(de)主動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)和從動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)牢固地聯接(jie)起來(lai)一同旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運(yun)動(dong)(dong)和扭矩的(de)機(ji)械(xie)部(bu)件。有時也(ye)用以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪(lun)常(chang)由兩半合成(cheng)，分別(bie)用(yong)鍵或(huo)緊(jin)配合等聯(lian)接，緊(jin)固在兩軸端(duan)，再通過某種方式將兩半聯(lian)接起來(lai)。

靠背輪(lun)聯(lian)軸器可兼有補償兩軸之間由于制造安裝(zhuang)不精確、工(gong)作時的變形或熱膨脹等原因所發(fa)生(sheng)的偏移（包括軸向(xiang)偏移、徑(jing)向(xiang)偏移、角偏移或綜合(he)偏移）；以及緩和沖擊、吸(xi)振。
