SWP十字(zi)萬向聯軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸器使用的場合(he)相近，主要運用在(zai)重載(zai)大型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)采用整(zheng)體式叉頭布局，主要(yao)用于軋鋼機械，起(qi)重運輸機械等其(qi)他(ta)重型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離(li)可(ke)達30m以上，是(shi)運用相當廣(guang)泛的(de)萬(wan)向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的(de)(de)機泵(beng)在安裝過程中都不可避免地要進行同軸度的(de)(de)調(diao)整，使對輪既(ji)同心又(you)平行，否則將影響機泵(beng)使用效率或造(zao)成(cheng)設備運(yun)行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構(gou)中的(de)主動軸和從動軸牢(lao)固地(di)聯(lian)接起來一同旋轉，并傳遞運動和扭矩的(de)機械部件(jian)。有時(shi)也用以聯(lian)接軸與其他零件(jian)（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠(kao)背(bei)輪(lun)常(chang)由兩(liang)半合成，分別用(yong)鍵或緊配合等(deng)聯接(jie)，緊固(gu)在(zai)兩(liang)軸端，再(zai)通過某種(zhong)方(fang)式(shi)將(jiang)兩(liang)半聯接(jie)起來。
