萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載(zai)能力(li)高，傳動效率優(you)異(yi)，在現代工業領(ling)域被廣泛采用。

SWP十(shi)字萬向聯軸器采用剖分式(shi)叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸器使用的場合相近，主要運用在(zai)重載(zai)大型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采(cai)用整體式叉(cha)頭(tou)布局，主要用于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重運輸機械(xie)等其他重型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運用相當廣(guang)泛的萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)。

風機聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)具(ju)有減速、增速、變(bian)向和(he)換向等動作以及緩和(he)沖(chong)擊、吸(xi)振的作用。聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)可(ke)分(fen)為剛性聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)和(he)撓性聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)(qi)兩大類。前者(zhe)不具(ju)有緩沖(chong)性和(he)補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)線相對位(wei)移的能力(li)，但(dan)結(jie)構(gou)簡(jian)單，制造成本較低，裝拆、維護方便。
