RL系列膜片聯軸器是結合歐洲與日本等優質產品基礎之上獨立開發的高品質產品。膜片式聯軸器擁(yong)有更小的體(ti)積，更大的同型扭(niu)矩和更合(he)理的配比(bi)尺(chi)寸，補償范圍大，質量輕轉動慣量小螺栓(shuan)與膜片組的孔連接部位采用特殊的彈性(xing)墊(dian)套設計(ji)，極大減小了孔緣部位應(ying)力的集中，杜絕(jue)膜片的撕裂交損，延長使(shi)用壽命。

彈性膜片聯軸器在傳遞扭矩的同時通過彈性膜片的的變形來補償軸向和角向的位移，是一種高性能的金屬彈性撓性聯軸器。彈性聯軸器結構緊湊，傳(chuan)遞扭矩大，使用壽命長，免維(wei)護，耐高溫，耐酸堿防腐(fu)蝕，適用于高溫高速及有腐(fu)蝕工況環境的軸系傳(chuan)動。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不(bu)同(tong)機構中的主動軸和從動軸牢固地(di)聯接(jie)起來(lai)一同(tong)旋轉，并(bing)傳(chuan)遞運動和扭矩的機械部件。有時也用以聯接(jie)軸與其他零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背(bei)輪常由(you)兩半合成，分別用鍵(jian)或緊配(pei)合等聯接，緊固在兩軸端，再通過某種方式將兩半聯接起來。

靠背輪聯(lian)軸器可兼有補(bu)償(chang)兩軸之間由(you)于制造安裝(zhuang)不精確、工作時(shi)的變形(xing)或熱膨(peng)脹等原因所(suo)發生的偏移（包括軸向偏移、徑向偏移、角偏移或綜合偏移）；以及緩(huan)和沖擊、吸振。

靠背(bei)輪為俗稱，專業(ye)叫法為聯軸器以及法蘭，用于機(ji)械設備的連接(jie)。
