SWP十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸器采用剖分式叉(cha)頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸器使(shi)用的場合相(xiang)近(jin)，主(zhu)要運用在重載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸器采(cai)用(yong)整體式叉頭布(bu)局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機械(xie)，起重(zhong)運輸(shu)機械(xie)等其他重(zhong)型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直徑可(ke)(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可(ke)(ke)達30m以上(shang)，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯軸器。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不同機構(gou)中的(de)主(zhu)動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢(lao)固地聯接起來(lai)一(yi)同旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運動(dong)和扭矩的(de)機械(xie)部件。有時也用以聯接軸(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常(chang)由兩(liang)半合成(cheng)，分別用鍵或(huo)緊(jin)配合等聯接(jie)，緊(jin)固在兩(liang)軸端，再通過(guo)某種方式將兩(liang)半聯接(jie)起(qi)來(lai)。

靠(kao)背輪聯軸(zhou)器可兼有(you)補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)之間由于(yu)制(zhi)造安裝不精確、工作(zuo)時的(de)變形或(huo)熱膨脹等原因所發(fa)生(sheng)的(de)偏移(yi)（包括軸(zhou)向偏移(yi)、徑向偏移(yi)、角偏移(yi)或(huo)綜合偏移(yi)）；以及緩和沖(chong)擊、吸振(zhen)。
