伺(si)(si)服(fu)電機(ji)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)，因其使用場合的(de)(de)精(jing)密(mi)性(xing)(xing)，必須具備特殊的(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)能：零間(jian)(jian)隙：聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)整(zheng)體(ti)在傳動過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)不允(yun)許有(you)間(jian)(jian)隙，包括正向間(jian)(jian)隙以及回程(cheng)間(jian)(jian)隙；高剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)：即(ji)不允(yun)許出現傳動的(de)(de)遲滯性(xing)(xing)，否則(ze)將嚴(yan)重(zhong)影響伺(si)(si)服(fu)馬達傳動的(de)(de)精(jing)度；低慣量(liang)：在保證傳動強度的(de)(de)基礎之上，應盡(jin)可(ke)能降低伺(si)(si)服(fu)馬達聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)的(de)(de)重(zhong)量(liang)；柔(rou)性(xing)(xing)：精(jing)密(mi)的(de)(de)伺(si)(si)服(fu)聯(lian)軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)，不僅(jin)要求剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)高，同時需要吸收安裝過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)產生的(de)(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)與軸(zhou)(zhou)之間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)偏差；其他性(xing)(xing)能：耐熱性(xing)(xing)、動平衡(heng)性(xing)(xing)等。
風機聯軸器是電機(ji)(ji)與風機(ji)(ji)連接的聯軸(zhou)器。它可以(yi)將(jiang)不同機(ji)(ji)構中的主動軸(zhou)和從動軸(zhou)牢牢地(di)緊密連接在一起(qi)，以(yi)此達到一同旋轉的目(mu)的，并傳遞運動機(ji)(ji)械零件(jian)，有時也用(yong)以(yi)聯接軸(zhou)與其他零件(jian)。
風機(ji)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)具有減速(su)、增速(su)、變向(xiang)和(he)(he)(he)換(huan)向(xiang)等動作(zuo)以及緩和(he)(he)(he)沖(chong)擊(ji)、吸振的作(zuo)用(yong)。聯軸(zhou)器(qi)可分為剛性聯軸(zhou)器(qi)和(he)(he)(he)撓性聯軸(zhou)器(qi)兩(liang)大類。前者不(bu)具有緩沖(chong)性和(he)(he)(he)補償兩(liang)軸(zhou)線相(xiang)對位移的能(neng)力，但結構簡單，制(zhi)造(zao)成本較低，裝拆、維護方便。
