SWP十(shi)字(zi)萬向聯軸器采用剖(pou)分(fen)式叉頭布局，與(yu)SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬向聯軸器使用的場合相近，主要運用在(zai)重載大(da)型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用(yong)整體式(shi)叉頭布局，主要用(yong)于軋鋼機(ji)械，起重運(yun)輸機(ji)械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當(dang)廣(guang)泛的萬向(xiang)聯(lian)軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵(beng)(beng)在安裝(zhuang)過程中都不(bu)可避免地要(yao)進行同軸度的(de)調整，使(shi)對輪(lun)既同心又平(ping)行，否則將影響機泵(beng)(beng)使(shi)用效(xiao)率或(huo)造成設備運(yun)行事故(gu)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不同機(ji)構中(zhong)的(de)主動軸和從動軸牢固地聯(lian)接(jie)起(qi)來(lai)一(yi)同旋轉(zhuan)，并(bing)傳遞運(yun)動和扭矩的(de)機(ji)械部件。有時(shi)也(ye)用以聯(lian)接(jie)軸與(yu)其他零件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等(deng)）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半(ban)合(he)成，分別用鍵或(huo)緊配合(he)等(deng)聯接，緊固在兩(liang)軸端，再通過某種方(fang)式將兩(liang)半(ban)聯接起(qi)來。
