萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力(li)高，傳動效率優異，在現(xian)代工業領域(yu)被廣泛(fan)采用。

SWP十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)采用(yong)剖分式(shi)叉頭(tou)布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器(qi)使用(yong)的場合相近，主(zhu)要運用(yong)在重(zhong)載大型裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用整體式叉(cha)頭(tou)布(bu)局，主要用于軋鋼機(ji)械(xie)，起重(zhong)運(yun)輸(shu)機(ji)械(xie)等其(qi)他重(zhong)型裝備領域(yu)，回轉直(zhi)徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離(li)可(ke)達30m以上，是(shi)運(yun)用相(xiang)當廣泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵在安裝過程中都不可避免地(di)要(yao)進行(xing)同(tong)軸(zhou)度(du)的調整，使對(dui)輪既(ji)同(tong)心(xin)又平行(xing)，否則將影響機(ji)泵使用效率(lv)或造成(cheng)設備(bei)運(yun)行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構中的主動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)和(he)從動(dong)軸(zhou)(zhou)牢(lao)固地聯接起來一同旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運動(dong)和(he)扭矩的機械(xie)部件。有時也(ye)用以聯接軸(zhou)(zhou)與其他(ta)零件（如齒(chi)輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠背輪常由兩半(ban)合(he)成，分別(bie)用鍵或(huo)緊配合(he)等聯接(jie)(jie)，緊固在兩軸端，再通過某種方式將兩半(ban)聯接(jie)(jie)起來。

靠背輪(lun)聯軸器可(ke)兼有(you)補償兩軸之間由于制造安裝不精確、工作時的變形(xing)或熱(re)膨脹等原因所發(fa)生的偏移(yi)（包括軸向(xiang)偏移(yi)、徑向(xiang)偏移(yi)、角偏移(yi)或綜合偏移(yi)）；以及緩和(he)沖擊、吸(xi)振。
