SWP十字(zi)(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸器采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局(ju)，與(yu)SWC十字(zi)(zi)萬向(xiang)聯軸器使(shi)用(yong)的場合相近，主要(yao)運用(yong)在重載大型(xing)裝(zhuang)備(bei)領域，回轉直(zhi)徑(jing)可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字(zi)萬(wan)向聯軸器(qi)采(cai)用整體(ti)式叉頭布局(ju)，主要用于軋鋼機(ji)械(xie)，起重運(yun)輸機(ji)械(xie)等其他重型裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離(li)可達30m以上，是運(yun)用相當廣泛的萬(wan)向聯軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過程中(zhong)都不可避(bi)免地要進行同(tong)軸(zhou)度的調整，使對輪既同(tong)心又(you)平行，否則將影響機泵使用效率或造成(cheng)設備運(yun)行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不(bu)同機構中的(de)主動軸和(he)從動軸牢固地聯(lian)(lian)接起來一同旋轉，并(bing)傳(chuan)遞運(yun)動和(he)扭(niu)矩的(de)機械部件。有(you)時也用以(yi)聯(lian)(lian)接軸與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠(kao)背輪常由兩半合成，分別用鍵(jian)或緊配合等聯接，緊固(gu)在(zai)兩軸端(duan)，再通過(guo)某種方式將兩半聯接起來。
