SWP十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸器采(cai)用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸器使用的(de)場合相近，主(zhu)要運(yun)用在重載大型裝備(bei)領域(yu)，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)采用整體式叉頭(tou)布局，主要用于軋(ya)鋼機(ji)(ji)械(xie)，起重運輸(shu)機(ji)(ji)械(xie)等其他重型裝備領域，回轉直(zhi)徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以(yi)上，是運用相當廣(guang)泛(fan)的萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝(zhuang)過程中都不可避免地要進行(xing)同軸度的調整，使對輪既同心又平行(xing)，否則將影響機泵使用效率或造成(cheng)設(she)備運行(xing)事故(gu)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)(lai)將(jiang)不(bu)同(tong)機構中的主動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)和(he)從動(dong)(dong)軸(zhou)牢固地聯接(jie)起來(lai)(lai)一同(tong)旋轉，并傳遞運動(dong)(dong)和(he)扭矩的機械部件。有(you)時也用以聯接(jie)軸(zhou)與(yu)其他(ta)零(ling)件（如齒輪(lun)、帶輪(lun)等）。

靠(kao)背(bei)輪常由(you)兩(liang)半合成，分別用鍵或緊配合等聯接，緊固在兩(liang)軸端(duan)，再通過(guo)某種方式將兩(liang)半聯接起來。
