SWP十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器采用剖(pou)分式叉頭布局(ju)，與(yu)SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器使(shi)用的場合相(xiang)近，主要運(yun)用在(zai)重(zhong)載大型裝備領(ling)域，回轉直徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十(shi)字萬(wan)向聯軸器采用(yong)整體(ti)式叉頭(tou)布局，主要用(yong)于(yu)軋(ya)鋼機(ji)(ji)械，起重(zhong)運輸機(ji)(ji)械等其他重(zhong)型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離(li)可(ke)(ke)達30m以上，是運用(yong)相當(dang)廣泛的萬(wan)向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在安裝過(guo)程中都(dou)不可(ke)避(bi)免(mian)地要(yao)進行同軸度的調整，使對(dui)輪既同心又平行，否(fou)則(ze)將(jiang)影響機泵使用效(xiao)率或(huo)造成設備運行事故(gu)。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將(jiang)不同機構中的主(zhu)動(dong)軸(zhou)和(he)從(cong)動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固地聯接(jie)(jie)起來一同旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)，并傳遞(di)運動(dong)和(he)扭矩的機械部件(jian)。有時也用(yong)以聯接(jie)(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零件(jian)（如齒(chi)輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠背輪常由兩(liang)半合成(cheng)，分別用鍵或緊配合等聯接，緊固在兩(liang)軸(zhou)端，再通過某種(zhong)方式將(jiang)兩(liang)半聯接起來。
