SWC十字萬向聯軸器采用整體(ti)式叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用于軋(ya)鋼機(ji)械，起(qi)重運輸機(ji)械等其他重型裝(zhuang)備領(ling)域(yu)，回轉直徑(jing)可(ke)到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞(di)距離可(ke)達30m以上，是(shi)運用相(xiang)當廣泛的萬向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機泵在(zai)安裝過(guo)程中(zhong)都(dou)不可避免地要進行同軸度的調(diao)整，使(shi)對輪(lun)既同心(xin)又平行，否則將影響機泵使(shi)用效(xiao)率(lv)或造成設備運行事(shi)故(gu)。
