
凸緣(yuan)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)屬于(yu)剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi),是(shi)把兩(liang)(liang)(liang)個(ge)帶有凸緣(yuan)的半聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)用(yong)(yong)普通平(ping)鍵分別與兩(liang)(liang)(liang)軸連(lian)接,然后用(yong)(yong)螺栓(shuan)把兩(liang)(liang)(liang)個(ge)半聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)連(lian)成(cheng)一(yi)體,以傳(chuan)遞(di)運動(dong)(dong)和轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju)。這種聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)有兩(liang)(liang)(liang)種主要的結(jie)(jie)構(gou)形(xing)式:靠鉸(jiao)制孔用(yong)(yong)螺栓(shuan)來實現兩(liang)(liang)(liang)軸對中和靠螺栓(shuan)桿承受(shou)擠壓與剪切來傳(chuan)遞(di)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju);靠一(yi)個(ge)半聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)上的凸肩(jian)與另(ling)一(yi)個(ge)半聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)上的凹槽相配合而對中。連(lian)接兩(liang)(liang)(liang)個(ge)半聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)的螺栓(shuan)可(ke)以采用(yong)(yong)A級和B級的普通螺栓(shuan),轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju)靠兩(liang)(liang)(liang)個(ge)半聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)結(jie)(jie)合面(mian)的摩擦力矩(ju)來傳(chuan)遞(di)。凸緣(yuan)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)結(jie)(jie)構(gou)簡單(dan),制造方便,成(cheng)本較(jiao)低,工作可(ke)靠,裝拆、維護(hu)均較(jiao)簡便,傳(chuan)遞(di)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju)較(jiao)大(da),能保證兩(liang)(liang)(liang)軸具(ju)有較(jiao)高的對中精度,一(yi)般常用(yong)(yong)于(yu)載荷平(ping)穩,高速或傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)精度要求較(jiao)高的軸系(xi)傳(chuan)動(dong)(dong)。凸緣(yuan)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)不(bu)具(ju)備徑向(xiang)(xiang)、軸向(xiang)(xiang)和角(jiao)向(xiang)(xiang)補償(chang)。剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)是(shi)一(yi)種扭(niu)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)的聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi),即使承受(shou)負(fu)載時(shi)(shi)也無任何(he)回轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)間隙(xi),即便是(shi)有偏(pian)差產生負(fu)荷時(shi)(shi),剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)聯(lian)(lian)(lian)軸器(qi)還是(shi)剛(gang)性(xing)(xing)傳(chuan)遞(di)扭(niu)矩(ju)。
