SWP十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)采用(yong)(yong)(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與(yu)SWC十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器(qi)(qi)使用(yong)(yong)(yong)的場合相近，主要運用(yong)(yong)(yong)在重(zhong)載(zai)大型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)整體(ti)式叉頭布(bu)局，主要(yao)用(yong)于軋鋼(gang)機(ji)械，起重運輸機(ji)械等其他(ta)重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可(ke)到(dao)1600mm，扭矩(ju)傳(chuan)遞(di)距離可(ke)達(da)30m以上，是運用(yong)相當廣泛(fan)的萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的(de)(de)機泵在安裝過程中(zhong)都不可(ke)避免地(di)要進行(xing)(xing)同軸度的(de)(de)調整，使(shi)對輪既同心又平行(xing)(xing)，否則將影響機泵使(shi)用效(xiao)率或造成設備運行(xing)(xing)事故(gu)。

風機聯軸器是電機與風機連(lian)接(jie)(jie)的(de)聯軸器。它可(ke)以將不同機構中的(de)主動軸和(he)從動軸牢牢地(di)緊密連(lian)接(jie)(jie)在(zai)一起，以此達到一同旋轉(zhuan)的(de)目的(de)，并(bing)傳遞運動機械零件(jian)，有時也用以聯接(jie)(jie)軸與其(qi)他零件(jian)。

風機聯軸(zhou)器(qi)具有(you)減速、增速、變向和(he)換向等動作以及(ji)緩和(he)沖擊、吸振(zhen)的作用。聯軸(zhou)器(qi)可分為剛(gang)性聯軸(zhou)器(qi)和(he)撓性聯軸(zhou)器(qi)兩(liang)大類。前者不具有(you)緩沖性和(he)補償(chang)兩(liang)軸(zhou)線(xian)相對位移的能(neng)力，但(dan)結構簡單(dan)，制(zhi)造成本較低，裝拆、維護方便。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不同機(ji)構中的(de)主動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢(lao)固地(di)聯(lian)接(jie)起(qi)來(lai)一同旋轉，并傳遞(di)運動(dong)和扭矩的(de)機(ji)械部件。有時也用以聯(lian)接(jie)軸(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪常由(you)兩半合(he)成，分別用鍵或緊配合(he)等(deng)聯接，緊固在兩軸(zhou)端，再(zai)通過某種(zhong)方式將兩半聯接起來。

靠背輪聯軸器(qi)可兼有補償兩軸之間由(you)于制造安裝(zhuang)不精(jing)確、工作時的變形或熱(re)膨脹等原(yuan)因(yin)所發生(sheng)的偏(pian)移(yi)（包括軸向(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)、徑向(xiang)偏(pian)移(yi)、角偏(pian)移(yi)或綜合偏(pian)移(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊、吸振。
