SWP十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)使用(yong)的場合相近，主(zhu)要運用(yong)在重載大(da)型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向聯軸器采用(yong)整體式叉頭(tou)布局，主要用(yong)于(yu)軋鋼機(ji)(ji)械，起重(zhong)運輸機(ji)(ji)械等其他重(zhong)型裝(zhuang)備領(ling)域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運用(yong)相當廣泛的萬(wan)向聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的機(ji)泵在(zai)安裝過程中都(dou)不(bu)可避免地(di)要進行(xing)同(tong)軸(zhou)度的調(diao)整，使(shi)對輪既同(tong)心又平行(xing)，否則將影響機(ji)泵使(shi)用效率或造成設備運行(xing)事故(gu)。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機(ji)構中的(de)(de)主動軸和從動軸牢固地聯(lian)接起來一同旋轉，并傳遞運動和扭矩的(de)(de)機(ji)械部件。有時(shi)也用以聯(lian)接軸與其(qi)他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠(kao)背輪常(chang)由兩半(ban)合成，分(fen)別用鍵或緊(jin)配合等聯接(jie)，緊(jin)固在兩軸端(duan)，再通過某種方式將兩半(ban)聯接(jie)起來。

靠背輪聯軸器可兼有補償兩(liang)軸之間由于制造安裝(zhuang)不精確、工作(zuo)時的變形或熱膨脹等(deng)原因所(suo)發生的偏移(yi)(yi)（包括軸向偏移(yi)(yi)、徑向偏移(yi)(yi)、角偏移(yi)(yi)或綜合偏移(yi)(yi)）；以及緩和沖擊(ji)、吸振。
