SWP十字(zi)萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用剖分(fen)式叉頭布局，與(yu)SWC十字(zi)萬向(xiang)(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)使用的場(chang)合相近，主要(yao)運用在(zai)重(zhong)載大型(xing)裝備領(ling)域，回(hui)轉直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器采用整體式(shi)叉頭布局(ju)，主要用于軋鋼(gang)機械，起重運(yun)輸機械等其他重型裝備領域，回轉直徑可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距離可達30m以上，是運(yun)用相當廣(guang)泛(fan)的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵(beng)在安(an)裝過程中都不可(ke)避免地要進行(xing)(xing)同軸度的(de)調整，使對輪既同心又(you)平行(xing)(xing)，否則將影響機泵(beng)使用(yong)效(xiao)率(lv)或造(zao)成(cheng)設備(bei)運行(xing)(xing)事(shi)故(gu)。

風(feng)機聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)具有減速、增(zeng)速、變向(xiang)和(he)(he)換(huan)向(xiang)等(deng)動(dong)作(zuo)以(yi)及緩和(he)(he)沖(chong)(chong)擊、吸振的作(zuo)用(yong)。聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)可分(fen)為剛(gang)性(xing)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)和(he)(he)撓性(xing)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)兩大類。前者不具有緩沖(chong)(chong)性(xing)和(he)(he)補償兩軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)線(xian)相對位(wei)移的能力，但(dan)結構簡(jian)單，制(zhi)造成本(ben)較(jiao)低，裝拆、維護方(fang)便。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機(ji)構(gou)中(zhong)的主動(dong)軸和(he)從動(dong)軸牢固地聯接(jie)起來一同旋轉，并傳遞運動(dong)和(he)扭矩(ju)的機(ji)械(xie)部件。有時(shi)也用以(yi)聯接(jie)軸與其他零件（如(ru)齒輪、帶輪等(deng)）。
