萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率優異，在現代(dai)工業領域被(bei)廣(guang)泛(fan)采用。

SWP十字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器采(cai)用剖分式叉頭(tou)布局(ju)，與SWC十字(zi)萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器使用的場(chang)合(he)相近，主(zhu)要運(yun)用在重載大型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域(yu)，回轉直(zhi)徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用整體式(shi)叉頭布局，主(zhu)要用于軋鋼(gang)機械(xie)，起重運(yun)輸(shu)機械(xie)等其他(ta)重型裝備領域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可到1600mm，扭(niu)矩傳遞距離(li)可達30m以上，是運(yun)用相當廣(guang)泛的萬向聯軸(zhou)器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機泵在安裝過(guo)程中(zhong)都不可(ke)避免(mian)地要進行(xing)同(tong)軸度的調(diao)整，使對輪既同(tong)心又(you)平行(xing)，否則將影響(xiang)機泵使用(yong)效率或造成設備運行(xing)事(shi)故。

靠背輪聯軸器用(yong)來將不同(tong)機(ji)構(gou)中的主(zhu)動軸(zhou)和(he)從動軸(zhou)牢固地聯(lian)接起來一同(tong)旋轉，并(bing)傳(chuan)遞運動和(he)扭矩的機(ji)械(xie)部件。有時也用(yong)以聯(lian)接軸(zhou)與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。
