SWP十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬向聯軸(zhou)器使(shi)用的(de)場合相近，主(zhu)要運(yun)用在重(zhong)載(zai)大型裝備領域，回(hui)轉直徑(jing)可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器采用整體式叉頭布局，主要(yao)用于(yu)軋鋼機(ji)(ji)械，起(qi)重(zhong)運輸(shu)機(ji)(ji)械等其他重(zhong)型裝備(bei)領(ling)域，回(hui)轉直徑(jing)可到1600mm，扭矩傳遞距(ju)離可達(da)30m以上，是運用相(xiang)當廣泛的萬(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯(lian)接的機泵在安裝過程中都(dou)不可避免(mian)地要進行(xing)(xing)同軸度的調整，使對輪既(ji)同心又平行(xing)(xing)，否則將影響機泵使用(yong)效率(lv)或造成(cheng)設備運行(xing)(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構中的(de)主(zhu)動(dong)軸(zhou)和從(cong)動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固地(di)聯接起來一(yi)同旋(xuan)轉，并傳遞運動(dong)和扭矩的(de)機械部件。有(you)時也用以聯接軸(zhou)與其(qi)他零件（如齒輪、帶(dai)輪等）。

靠背輪常(chang)由兩半合(he)成，分別(bie)用鍵(jian)或緊配(pei)合(he)等聯接，緊固(gu)在(zai)兩軸端，再通過某種方式將兩半聯接起(qi)來。
