The plum-shaped flexible coupling is composed of two semi-couplings with convex claws and a plum-shaped flexible non-metallic element whose hardness can be adjusted. By embedding the plum-shaped flexible element into the two semi-couplings to realize the connection, plum couplings has the characteristics of compensating the relative displacement of the two axes, reducing vibration and buffering, simple structure and easy maintenance without lubrication.

彈(dan)性(xing)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎聯軸(zhou)器輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎體(ti)(ti)是輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎聯軸(zhou)器必(bi)要的(de)備(bei)件(jian)之(zhi)一(yi),相(xiang)應的(de)分(fen)為(wei)(wei)UL、LA、LB輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎體(ti)(ti)。輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎式(shi)聯軸(zhou)器分(fen)為(wei)(wei)凸(tu)型(xing)和凹型(xing)兩大(da)類,凸(tu)型(xing)又分(fen)為(wei)(wei)帶骨(gu)(gu)架(jia)(jia)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)式(shi)、無(wu)骨(gu)(gu)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti)式(shi)和徑(jing)向(xiang)切口(kou)式(shi)三種(zhong)。輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎環(huan)內(nei)側用硫化方法(fa)與鋼質骨(gu)(gu)架(jia)(jia)粘(zhan)接成一(yi)體(ti)(ti),骨(gu)(gu)架(jia)(jia)上的(de)螺(luo)栓(shuan)孔處焊有螺(luo)母。裝(zhuang)配時用螺(luo)栓(shuan)與兩半聯軸(zhou)器的(de)凸(tu)緣(yuan)連接,依(yi)靠(kao)擰(ning)緊螺(luo)栓(shuan)使(shi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎與凸(tu)緣(yuan)端面之(zhi)間產生(sheng)的(de)摩擦力來傳遞轉(zhuan)矩,輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎環(huan)工(gong)作時發生(sheng)扭轉(zhuan)剪(jian)切變(bian)形,故輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎聯軸(zhou)器具有很高的(de)彈(dan)性(xing),補(bu)償兩軸(zhou)相(xiang)對位(wei)移的(de)能力較大(da),并有良好的(de)阻尼,而且結構簡單、不需潤滑、裝(zhuang)拆(chai)和維護都(dou)比(bi)較方便(bian)。
輪胎式聯軸器缺(que)點是承載能(neng)力(li)不高、外(wai)形尺(chi)寸較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)(da),隨著(zhu)兩軸(zhou)相(xiang)對扭轉(zhuan)角的(de)增加(jia)(jia)使(shi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎外(wai)形扭歪,軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)尺(chi)寸略有減小,將在兩軸(zhou)上產生(sheng)較(jiao)(jiao)大(da)(da)的(de)附加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li),使(shi)軸(zhou)承負載加(jia)(jia)大(da)(da)而(er)降低(di)壽命。輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)高速(su)運轉(zhuan)時,輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎外(wai)緣(yuan)由于離心力(li)的(de)作(zuo)用而(er)向(xiang)(xiang)外(wai)擴張,將進一步(bu)增大(da)(da)附加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li)。為此(ci),在安裝(zhuang)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)時應(ying)(ying)采取措施(shi),使(shi)輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎中的(de)應(ying)(ying)力(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)與工作(zuo)時產生(sheng)的(de)應(ying)(ying)力(li)方向(xiang)(xiang)相(xiang)反,以(yi)抵消部分附加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)向(xiang)(xiang)力(li),達到改(gai)善(shan)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器(qi)(qi)和(he)兩軸(zhou)承的(de)工和(he)條件。
輪胎式聯(lian)軸器由于種種原因使其(qi)(qi)質心(xin)或慣性(xing)主軸與其(qi)(qi)加轉(zhuan)軸線不(bu)重合,在運轉(zhuan)時將產生不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)離(li)(li)心(xin)慣性(xing)力、離(li)(li)心(xin)慣性(xing)力偶和(he)(he)動撓度(振(zhen)型)的現(xian)象,稱為轉(zhuan)子的不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)現(xian)象,這(zhe)種不(bu)平(ping)衡(heng)現(xian)象必(bi)然引起軸系的振(zhen)動,從而(er)影(ying)響(xiang)機器的正常工(gong)作(zuo)和(he)(he)使用(yong)壽(shou)命,因而(er)對其(qi)(qi)必(bi)須加以重視。
