
輪胎聯軸器采用輪(lun)胎體(ti)狀橡(xiang)膠元件,與(yu)兩個半聯(lian)經過螺栓聯(lian)接,實(shi)現扭矩(ju)傳遞和位移補償。橡(xiang)膠輪(lun)胎聯(lian)軸(zhou)器具有(you)(you)較(jiao)高的(de)彈性(xing)(xing)性(xing)(xing)能(neng),扭轉剛度小,減(jian)震能(neng)力強,軸(zhou)向補償能(neng)力較(jiao)大,有(you)(you)良(liang)好(hao)的(de)阻尼性(xing)(xing)能(neng)。
彈性輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體是輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器必要的(de)(de)(de)備件之一,相應的(de)(de)(de)分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)UL、LA、LB輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)體。輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)式(shi)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)凸(tu)(tu)型和凹型兩(liang)大類,凸(tu)(tu)型又分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)帶骨架(jia)整體式(shi)、無骨整體式(shi)和徑向切口式(shi)三種(zhong)。輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環內側用(yong)硫(liu)化方(fang)法與(yu)鋼質骨架(jia)粘(zhan)接成一體,骨架(jia)上的(de)(de)(de)螺(luo)栓孔處焊有(you)(you)螺(luo)母。裝配時用(yong)螺(luo)栓與(yu)兩(liang)半聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器的(de)(de)(de)凸(tu)(tu)緣(yuan)連(lian)接,依(yi)靠(kao)擰緊螺(luo)栓使輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)與(yu)凸(tu)(tu)緣(yuan)端面之間(jian)產(chan)生的(de)(de)(de)摩擦力(li)來傳遞(di)轉(zhuan)矩,輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)環工(gong)作時發生扭轉(zhuan)剪切變形,故輪(lun)(lun)(lun)胎(tai)(tai)(tai)聯(lian)(lian)軸(zhou)器具(ju)有(you)(you)很高的(de)(de)(de)彈性,補償(chang)兩(liang)軸(zhou)相對位移的(de)(de)(de)能力(li)較(jiao)大,并有(you)(you)良好的(de)(de)(de)阻尼,而且(qie)結構簡(jian)單、不需潤(run)滑、裝拆和維護都比(bi)較(jiao)方(fang)便。
輪胎式聯軸器缺點(dian)是承(cheng)載能力(li)(li)不高、外形尺寸(cun)較(jiao)大(da),隨著兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)相對扭(niu)轉角(jiao)的增加(jia)(jia)使輪(lun)胎(tai)外形扭(niu)歪,軸(zhou)(zhou)向尺寸(cun)略有(you)減小(xiao),將在兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)上產生(sheng)較(jiao)大(da)的附加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向力(li)(li),使軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)負載加(jia)(jia)大(da)而(er)降(jiang)低壽命(ming)。輪(lun)胎(tai)聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)高速運轉時,輪(lun)胎(tai)外緣由于離心(xin)力(li)(li)的作用而(er)向外擴張,將進一步(bu)增大(da)附加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向力(li)(li)。為(wei)此,在安(an)裝聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)時應(ying)(ying)采(cai)取措施(shi),使輪(lun)胎(tai)中的應(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)方向與(yu)工作時產生(sheng)的應(ying)(ying)力(li)(li)方向相反,以抵(di)消部分(fen)附加(jia)(jia)軸(zhou)(zhou)向力(li)(li),達到改善聯軸(zhou)(zhou)器(qi)和兩(liang)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)的工和條件。
輪胎式(shi)聯軸器由于種種原因使其質心(xin)或慣(guan)性(xing)(xing)主軸與其加轉軸線(xian)不重(zhong)合,在運(yun)轉時將產生不平(ping)衡(heng)離(li)心(xin)慣(guan)性(xing)(xing)力、離(li)心(xin)慣(guan)性(xing)(xing)力偶和動撓(nao)度(du)(振型)的現象,稱為轉子的不平(ping)衡(heng)現象,這種不平(ping)衡(heng)現象必然引起軸系的振動,從而影響機器的正常工作和使用壽命,因而對其必須加以重(zhong)視。
The tyre coupling adopts tyre body-shaped rubber elements, which are connected with two semi-couplings through bolts to realize torque transmission and displacement compensation.
