萬向聯軸器采用十字軸承聯接兩端聯接法蘭，可以傳遞完全不在同一軸線的扭矩，對角向的補償可達25?以上，采用花鍵聯接可以大距離地補償軸向位移。萬向軸承載能力高，傳動效率(lv)優異，在(zai)現(xian)代工業領域被廣泛(fan)采用。

SWP十(shi)字萬向聯軸(zhou)器采用(yong)剖(pou)分式叉(cha)頭布(bu)局，與SWC十(shi)字萬向聯軸(zhou)器使(shi)用(yong)的場合相近，主(zhu)要運用(yong)在重載大型(xing)裝備領(ling)域(yu)，回轉直徑可達(da)1200mm。

SWC十字(zi)萬向聯(lian)軸器采用整體式叉(cha)頭(tou)布局，主(zhu)要(yao)用于(yu)軋(ya)鋼機械，起重運(yun)輸機械等其他(ta)重型裝備領(ling)域，回轉(zhuan)直徑可(ke)到1600mm，扭矩傳(chuan)遞距離可(ke)達30m以上，是運(yun)用相當(dang)廣泛的萬向聯(lian)軸器。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接(jie)的機泵(beng)在安裝過程中(zhong)都(dou)不可避免地要進行同軸(zhou)度的調整，使(shi)對輪既同心又平(ping)行，否則將影響機泵(beng)使(shi)用效率或造成設備運行事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來(lai)將不同機(ji)構中的(de)主動軸和(he)從動軸牢固地聯接起來(lai)一(yi)同旋轉(zhuan)，并傳遞運動和(he)扭矩(ju)的(de)機(ji)械(xie)部件。有時(shi)也用以(yi)聯接軸與其他零件（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪(lun)常由(you)兩(liang)半(ban)合成，分別用鍵或緊配合等聯接，緊固(gu)在兩(liang)軸端，再(zai)通過某種方式將兩(liang)半(ban)聯接起來(lai)。

靠(kao)背(bei)輪聯軸器(qi)可兼有補償(chang)兩軸之間由于制造安(an)裝不精(jing)確、工作時的變形(xing)或(huo)熱膨脹等原因所發生的偏(pian)(pian)移（包括軸向(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)移、徑(jing)向(xiang)偏(pian)(pian)移、角偏(pian)(pian)移或(huo)綜合偏(pian)(pian)移）；以及緩和沖(chong)擊、吸振。
