SWP十字萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器采用剖分式叉頭布局，與SWC十字萬(wan)(wan)向(xiang)聯軸器使用的場合相(xiang)近(jin)，主要運(yun)用在重載大(da)型裝備領域，回轉直徑可達1200mm。

SWC十字萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)采用(yong)整(zheng)體式叉頭布局(ju)，主要用(yong)于軋鋼(gang)機械，起重運(yun)輸機械等其他(ta)重型(xing)裝(zhuang)備領域，回轉直徑可到(dao)1600mm，扭矩傳遞(di)距離可達30m以(yi)上，是運(yun)用(yong)相當廣泛的萬向(xiang)聯軸(zhou)器(qi)。

萬向節聯軸器的不同軸可能是徑向位移，傾斜或兩者兼而有之。測量同軸度應在十字軸萬向聯軸器端面和圓周上均勻分布的四個位置進行。十字軸式萬向聯軸器聯接的(de)機泵在安裝過程中(zhong)都不可避免地要進行(xing)同軸度的(de)調(diao)整，使(shi)對輪既同心又(you)平(ping)行(xing)，否則將影響機泵使(shi)用效(xiao)率或造成設備運行(xing)事故。

靠背輪聯軸器用來將不同機構中的(de)主(zhu)動(dong)軸(zhou)和從動(dong)軸(zhou)牢固(gu)地聯接起來一同旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)，并傳遞(di)運(yun)動(dong)和扭矩的(de)機械部件(jian)。有時(shi)也用以聯接軸(zhou)與其他零件(jian)（如齒輪、帶輪等）。

靠背輪(lun)常由(you)兩(liang)半合成(cheng)，分別用(yong)鍵或緊(jin)(jin)配合等聯接，緊(jin)(jin)固在(zai)兩(liang)軸端，再通(tong)過(guo)某種方(fang)式將兩(liang)半聯接起來。
